Atletico Collections Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Atletico Collections. That's why we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your item, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached, in its original packaging. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return, simply contact us through our Contact page. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us right away. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that customized products, including special orders and personalized items, cannot be returned.
Exchanges and Replacements:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to process a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
